After being married for 40 years, I wanted to upgrade my wedding set, but still keep my center stone as it had tremendous sentimental meaning. Goldsmith was able to help me find a setting that showed off my original stone and use two other diamonds I had from other pieces. The finished piece is just beautiful, but it still feels like mine. Returns
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging and post marked 30 days from day of receipt. Shipping costs will be deducted from amount refunded.
Refunds are available for online purchases ONLY.
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within 24 hours.
Late or missing refunds (if applicable)
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.

We do not offer returns on special order engagement rings and loose diamonds or special order wedding bands. These items will only be eligible for an exchange. Please contact info@goldsmithjewelry.com for more information.
Shipping Your Return

Customer will be responsible for paying shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
You should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance for valuable purchases as we do not guarantee we will receive your returned item.
